Doves have been long known to be a symbol of Peace, Tranquility and Purity. This one represents the people of
Palestine for me and their sheer resilience in these times.
The peaceful dove when needed turns into a mighty eagle for Strength, Guidance and Protection.
Mother Mary has been one of my deities since I was very young. Someone I looked upto and revered. This is my ode to the Divine Mother and her innocent nature representing that we too are pure and innocent. A mere reflection of the holy within us.

more about my art
I am heavily influenced by nature, and animals and converting my emotional energy into something fluid and free flowing like watercolour. Watercolour has a mind of its own and the elemental nature of water changes and shapes my art for itself at times.
I hope to inspire and irk feelings of ihidaya, which means the undivided. A sense of of unity and oneness between us and things around us. The People, the nature, the animals, the environment and the spirit world. The world of seen and unseen, the union of heart, mind and soul.
